Leonard Fournette: 26 for 150 yards. 5.8 YPC

Brandon Doughty: 37/61 325 yards. 5.3 YPA

LSU has the best defense in the SEC. Bama needs missed field goals to beat Tennessee.

LSU is gonna roll in to Tuscalooser and dick slap those clowns around.

LSU 34

Bama 17

Wow. It's a shame the field conditions were so nasty. He would have easily gotten to 200

No. Clearly the best offense, but defense is a step behind.

Yeah, I'm not sure what defense he's been watching. This is the worst defense we've have in 5 years

Better than 10 and 13, maybe equal to 14 if not slightly better.

Our pass coverage is shite

Our rantards have the tendacy to walk into things they didn't put thought into. I feel bad for this board the new two weeks.

1 50 yard FG?

Or 3 chip shots?

Idiots. UT left 9 on the board.

50+ yard field goals are gimmes. UT totally blew the game...

From what I could tell, the plan was to try and let them nickle and dime LSU down the field. Playing soft zones and leaving guys wide open before closing the gap.

This is an infuriating thing to watch when the QB is playing well....and when the DBs break down and blow a coverage or two in the game

We are decent on D, but not there yet. Too many blown coverages and issues in the middle of the field. We haven't faced a good running offense yet. We'll find out against Bama if the D-line and co. can stop a physical running attack for four quarters.

yeah, reach back to the beginning of the season when lsu had a game cancelled, played their first game on the road against a ranked team who had already played a game. oh and btw, msu has the 3rd best offense in the conference and the best qb.

by contrast, bama struggled at home against a team that is now south of .500 two weeks ahead of the most important matchup of the year against a team that is improving each week.
