I’m not sure if they showed it on TV but I was sitting behind the Mississippi State bench during the Kentucky game and #9, whoever that is, came off the field and slammed his helmet after Coach Leach told him something. Made a big scene on the sideline and showed a total lack of respect with Coach Leach try to speak to him.

How things changed from 2 weeks ago! I do not think Missouri will fall in the same situation after beating LSU.

Hill has already proven he can run the ball. Leach is letting him prove he can be an elite pass catcher as well. That will do nothing but improve his draft status in the pass heavy NFL.

Leach made a cultural error with his noose twitter thing. Innocent in intent but it's Mississippi. Lost a couple of players over it and probably caused a stir with most black players even if they stayed. Hill saying he would sit out the season unless Ms changed its flag. Well hit the road. Ms did in fact change its flag but he should have been gone.
I have probably done less following of State this year more so in years' past as I honestly didn't think we would be playing.
But, just from my standpoint, issues like this should be managed in the coaches offices; not at a post game presser.

That's easy enough to find out. #9 would be the WR transfer. If Saban had wanted him, he would not have left, its that simple. He thinks he has NFL talent (I think he has it too) and he needs a place to showcase it.
But I do believe if Saban had wanted him, he would not have left.
There will be a come to realization meeting. This will be Leech's team. They will either do it his way or they will be gone. I just have the feeling it's going to get worse before it gets better.

On the one hand it seems crazy that he's having such a "purge" or whatever so quickly into his tenure, but on the other, this is 2020 and it's a wash of a season in a sense anyways.
Maybe Leach is making a good move here. Go ahead and correct the culture now, throw the rest of the season down the shutter, and regroup for next season.
