Which rely pretty much on everyone elses shoulder's except Lattimores. If Garcia hits his passes, if the WRs make catches, if the defense stops the other team's offense = Lattimore less carries.

Spurrier said that Lattimore is the most dedicated player he has ever coached. Everything he does is to improve himself and the team. He works out hard, eats right, ices his body down after games, and does whatever is needed to make sure he is in top physical shape. I think that is why 30 plus carries aren't a big deal to him right now.

i am fine with him running the ball as much as he does. He knows how his body feels and what it can handle. let him tote the rock

Great back and awesome attitude just think it would be irresponsible on coaches part to give him 40+ touches a game in the SEC. At some point you have to think about the kid's future. How many years are you taking off his NFL career down the road. What would people think if college baseball coaches let their ace consistently go 150+ pitches.....can't do it. And no it is not out of fear of SC cause we don't play them.

He has only had 40+ carries once, FWIW.

Has signed, Carnell.... been used yet?
He wanted the ball more as well and got it. not saying the same will happen to latt but just because he wants it doesnt mean he should get it.

He's had to carry the ball more because we haven't been able to really establish a passing game.
If we don't have him, we may be 0-3 or 1-2.
He's been one of the most Valuable players in college football so far.
Even with that , he'll have one more year with us, and he's gone.
