Last season’s SEC coaches ranked by Win% against UNRANKED opponents

DeBoer has an excellent record against ranked opponents but his record against unranked teams is wildly disappointing.
How Jeff Lebby escaped being fired is amazing.
Four of the six lowest on the list all got fired last season.
Brian Kelly had a pretty good track record in these types of games… just struggled in the big games I guess.

Don't worry, Auburn replaced that with: .645- Golesh, Auburn (20-11)
not bad for a guy who took over a program that went 1-29 against all FBS opponents - ranked or unranked - in the three seasons prior to his arrival

Golesh was a great hire. Quite a few Vol fans have said they’d love him to replace Heupel when the time comes for him to go.

I would guess most of Kirby’s came in his first year.
