If the NCAA doesn't act on this, it'll be the wild west in recruiting and they'll have absolutely no legitimacy anymore. Whoever can dish out the most cash will get these recruits who come from needy families. It's that simple and you can't blame the kids for that. I don't think a damn thing will come from this as cut and dry as it seems.
