Yes because Burrow and Bama would still have the better wr core to throw to, and Q would still be in Tua's face the whole game, and not even Tua can throw off his back.

The only “top 20” defense he’s played is Army. They took you to OT if I remember correctly. I didn’t actually see it though. It wasn’t even on Tv.
The other “top defenses” he’s faced is TCU & ISU. Both in the mid 30s. Most of his opponents are outside the top 70.

Kyler would get destroyed if he played a defense with a pulse. Props to him for recognizing that and leaving the sec for the lil 12. I’m hoping we actually get to see ou face a team that plays defense in their bowl game.
