The ref that he ran up to signaling time out is clearly intimidated by Kirby and should be removed from reffing any games that are important enough to be televised.
To have someone signal timeout to your face and then say “I was clapping” and you say “Ok.” You don’t have the stones to ref in FBS football. Go back home.

I do agree that it looks like his mouth is talking about clapping while he is over there, but are you really saying that his hands didn’t make the timeout signal? Are you really playing that card?

Was Kirby just sharing with the ref he has the “Clap” a lot of that in Athens…could have just been a PSA style announcement? ??
