Man...the NFL scouts love Hubbard...you have to think that is Ansah went that high then what would Hubbard have gone had he come out. He is more polished than Ansah

BTW, Mike Evans is nowhere near a first round take. Not right now.
He's not a good route runner--incredibly raw. Granted, he's played organized football for all of three years, so he'll no doubt get better. Without marked improvement in that department though, no GM can justify drafting him in the first round. He doesn't have a ton of speed, either.
What he does have is a 42 inch vertical standing at 6'5. He's got strong, sure hands, and he is fricking physical; hardly ever tackled by one dude.
But his inclusion in the first round is a testament to Kiper's ignorance. This dude pays too much attention to names. He had Demontre Moore at number 2 overall in February. What a joke. Literally everyone knew he'd test like shite and fall. Do some research, Kiper.
His cursory analysis distorts things for kids who are making a decision. They don't declare early because Kiper has them on his big board, no. But the attention he generates begins the discussion, which is oftentimes misleading. Evans and other overrated kids can't help but be more inclined to declare early when a national figure-head deems them worthy of 1st round money.

You honestly think Manziel is a solid NFL prospect? The kid will not go 1st round. You see how the scouts picked over Matt Barkley and Gino Smith

I don't have an opinion on that. I simply said he won't leave early to be the 25th picked prospect.

Chip Kelley will not to use a first round pick on someone other than JFF.
I suspect Jerry Jones won't either.
I've yet to see a compelling argument against JFF's NFL potential. Height's been shot down, working in the spread's been shot down, being too mobile's been shot down.
So what is it? Arm strength? I trust Herbie when he said JFF's arm is among the strongest in D1 football (see spring game).
The critical flaw is what?

Neither play a thing like JFF. What in the actual frick are you saying? Despite having games that don't resemble JFF's in the least, both Gino and Matt fell for reasons that have nothing to do with JFF. Nothing at all.
Why didn't you just say: "Two QBs dropped in the draft." Makes just as much sense.

I trust Kirk Herbstreit is a raging dumbass. I can name about 5 QBs with better arm strength.

Oh, and if they can't hit shite with that arm strength (a la Mett), then you're wasting my time and yours.

Connor Shaw
AJ McCarron
Jeff Driskel
Aaron Murray
Zach Mett.

From what I saw last year hell yeah :P well, probably cause I only watched the Georgia game. Maybe it was his backup I don't know
that's the only questionable one but still.

58% completion percentage with OBJ's mid-season butterfingers is just fine.

There's nothing about Shaw that's better. Nothing.
Driskel and Mett are not good QBs. You're not really cutting against JFF's potential by listing two guys who might throw further in a game of jack-pot. See Jamarcus Russell.
Keep the analysis to legit NFL prospects.
Murray, yes. I have no reason to think AJ's arm is stronger. But even giving him to you, that's two legit NFL prospects with stronger arms.
Herbie's comment was "among the strongest" in D1.

Mett's gonna carve up your depleted secondary next year while Johnny Turnover once again shits himself against the Tigers.
