I'm taking Lane on the head to head comparison because Freeze being a piece of shite outweighs beating Saban twice to me but holier than thou bullshite fits well with the Auburn family and the only thing that matters to them is beating Alabama.
The direct comparison of their time at Ole Miss is pretty similar. Freeze actually recruited better. NIL clearly took away Ole Miss bagman advantage.

In the state of Mississippi you can’t have longer than a 4 year contract. Kiffin was offered a 4 year contract. The Loyalty Foundation offered him 2 additional years of rollover. It is a 4 year contract with a backend severance package. But it keeps rolling over to 7 years. So for this contract to be executed without a new contract is nearly impossible.
