JR had a good year because of Kiffin, See how his stats fell as Cable took over.

Lane came out and said many times that Al forced the biggest draft bust of all time on his shoulders.

You should work in politics

when you thought JR played poorly you blamed him for Kiffin being run out of town. When you realize he played well then you credit Kiffin and pass over him getting fired

Yall are looking at the entire season. Crompton started slow. At the end of the year, he was the third best QB in the league.

you bastard.

but in the process of checking for myself...the only thing I could find was that the NCAA said we POSSIBLY committed a violation during a rivals article during January 2009 recruiting. The reporter said that Nutt told him they were going to Maryland to talk with a QB recruit. NCAA said that might possibly be a secondary violation..........MIGHT BE......not is.

But on the bright side......I also found this on tidefans.....

Personally I am glad we didn't get Massie. I couldn't say one way or the other if there was something crooked about his going to Ol Sis or not. But IF he is the type of person that could be swayed to another school by improper means then to me he lacks the character to play at Bama.

He won 4 games playing in the SEC, he lost 4 games playing in the SEC. He won a few outside of the SEC though. But still nothing worth mentioning.

Crompton was the 3rd best QB in the SEC and Kiffin will win big at USC. I stand by those two statements.

In fact, if LSU wins more games than USC next year I will never post on this site again.

I'm going to laugh like hell if even Ole Miss wins more games than Kiffy-cakes

That game sucked....but I had a bad feeling about it from the get go. State hasn't won in Oxford since 1998 and we haven't won in Starkville since 2003. Home teams wins it all the time it seems.

Back to any proof...only thing I know of was the recruiting comment Nutt had and that was not even anything really.

Wrong, his best games were against bad competition so look up a schedule and figure that out. Either way this douche's comments were that Kiffy make him good. There's nothing to show he got better at the end of the year. Please, you don't have shite to back this up.

He must have watched some games and saw how crompton progressed through the year.

27 touchdowns and 2800 passing yards isn't good though.

You finally said something that makes people smile around here

And it's not a given anyway - most USC fans seem to think they won't be all that great this year

We all know the Pac 2 is weak but I'm not sure he can do it. You haven't backed up a single thing you've said. We don't care if you post again as you're quite possibly the easiest target the board has ever seen.

You move from one thing to the next and haven't been right about any of them.

Based on LSU staring down the barrel of a 7-5 season its a safe bet.

the only thing I've been wrong about is Stats.

Crompton was the 3rd best qb at the end of the season and Kiffin is a good coach. You've done nothing to argue other wise. All you did was correct stats.
