Why is it that seemingly the only coaches that were under duress were from the offensive side of the ball? Why would Pete Golding tell them all to get the frick out? Or Keith? Ahead of a playoff run? This isn’t about the institutions. It’s about Lane.

How do we even know any of that is true? It's being reported by the same people who have been wrong this whole time.

The title of this thread is that Kiffin is “letting” coaches go coach at Ole Miss for the playoffs. So yall.

Lane is a generous dude. We are lucky to have him.

What is the difference? They are allowing several lsu coaches back to coach ole miss. Whatever lane would have done, they can do on his behalf. I mean I’m sure lane has all ole miss players numbers. If he wants to try to lure them to lsu, he doesn’t have to stay at ole miss to do that. Ole miss was just being spiteful.

So allowing lsu OC and other coaches back to coach ole miss is different? All those coaches recruit also. They will coach and recruit against ole miss also.

Well there you go - no reason for Kiffin to be so upset that everyone is just listening to Saban.
He also said on game day that Lane should be able to coach the team in the playoffs.

The selective memory and duplicity is all coming from one side.

Saban also fired Lane in the same situation.

Not quite the same.

You have a half dozen coaches on staff right now that are directly analogous to that situation, but continue in your denial if it makes you feel better.
