I heard the same, from multiple people. His brother played in one game this year. Only reason he was signed last year was for his brother to come this year.
Naïve to think a program wouldn't drop the brother, he was only good to State for his Brother.

Kind of reminds of when Keenan Allen was being recruited hard to Alabama but his brother didn’t have an offer so he ended up at Cal so they could play together
