Top 3 SEC defense as usual and top 5 SEC offense this year with Leary. If they keep Leary clean and don't have a rash of injuries to any one spot they'll hit the 9 regular season win mark for the third time in the last six years. Stoops is a helluva coach.

That schedule is ridiculously soft early on. Softer than UGA's front even which is saying a lot.

I don’t know if that’s necessarily true. In both of Stoops’ ten win seasons, three of the first five opponents were SEC teams. I think people tend to overrate the benefits of multiple cupcakes early. My guess is having them sprinkled in throughout the year is more beneficial. I just wish our cupcakes were a little less cupcakey this season.
