I think he meant during the mayhem. One could hear the crowd over the scanner audio.

It's Kentucky. The bank was about to repo those cars anyway. It's like a hillbilly version of an occupy protest.

I feel as if there is nothing wrong. These fans were just cold during the night and decided to build a bond fire. Since no wood was available they used the next best thing. I commend them for their resourcefulness.
