Totally agree we weren’t winning this game even without the foul discrepancy the way we are playing. Ton of credit to the Cats. Punched us in the mouth and made us like it.

Perfect storm. UT stuck with a big hole in the middle of its schedule has to play it’s first big game in a long stretch at Rupp against a team pissed off at losing a close one last time out. Just a tough set of circumstances.

I'm sure it would suck to be a Tennessee fan right now. But think about the recent national champions. Villanova lost at unranked Creighton in late February last year. 2017 UNC got smoked by Duke in the ACC tournament semis.
I think it is a bad thing to take a long winning streak into March because it ramps up the pressure even more. Just my personal opinion.
