There is something wrong with that player, whatever it may be, and probably won't last long due to losing the respect of all his teammates. It seems like Nussmeir is in for hard times at LSU with Kelly as head coach.
Imagine how the rest of the LSU players feel towards Nussmeir, after Kelly let them know that he was the reason for their loss to USC. They probably want him gone now too.
Kelly has been blaming his players for loses since the start of his career. I don't think it has anything to do with the individual.

There has to be a valid reason for Brian Kelly to completely lay the blame for a loss in football, of a team that he hasn't coached properly, on a teenager.
Maybe Kelly is prejudiced against certain "types" of players and was looking for an easy scapegoat, which he did.
