It took Baker 2 years to turn around the defense at Mizzou yet Missouri fans are desperately painting this as a bad hire 4 games into his first season.

Because we have finally seen a defensive coordinator who can scheme to limit a running QB. Something Baker doesn’t seem to know how to do.

Is this based on beating Boston College?

No they didn't, this is a myth repeated by retards.

Kelly went 11-1 in his last season there, they went 9-4 the next season and then 10-3 last year.

That includes some pretty bad losses to unranked teams like Stanford and Marshall as well as a loss to Northern Illinois this year.

Deboer vs Riley: 1-0

Kelly vs Riley: 0-1

Sad.

I think there is more there than just the HC

Napier sucks and is obviously incompetent.
UF has given him everything he asked for. He has more than any other former UF HC ever had.

UF isn't the problem on gameday under the headsets.

Did you know that the new HC had never been a HC before taking over the Notre Dame job? Give it a break! Kelly isn't a great HC!

From what I've heard, everything you are saying is the problem with the program. You're comparing to other Florida coaches in the past, not what they have compared to other teams/schools. Because I'd bet money damn near every coach is currently getting more than the previous coaches.

I don't really know how Florida compares facility and otherwise. But I do know Florida started losing before Napier. It doesn't seem like Napier can fix it, but he didn't create it either. Saban mentioned culture, that made sense.

That's fine, I wasn't the one trying to pretend they have been better without Kelly than they were with him.

He's a good coach, nothing more, nothing less.

He knew he was losing that special class with Penix/Odunze/etc and this season was going to be rough.

It also doesn't help that two of their best players left over on offense transferred to Alabama with him.

LSU hired Kelly.
Bama hired Debore.

Who made the better hire?
