How’s the NCAA gonna allow that considering his reasons for transferring in the first place?

Fields would be wise to declare
His stock would only go down in the uga offense

The same reasons they let him transfer without sitting the first time:

- He is a high profile QB
- He will retain the same lawyer

Additional factors:
- The Big 10 has not made a formal announcement that they are playing in the fall

NOTE: I don't believe for a second that he is transferring back to UGA

There’s no chance they do. If they did you would have a legit mass exodus from the big 10 and pac 12

Looks like ncaa has cleared Fields to be eligible at UGA for 2020.

Case was made to return back to home to be with family (parents in kennesaw and sis is in Athens).
