Kiffin is good right where he is.
Lane is a party animal and likes a laid back atmosphere.
He has a good offensive mind and is a good coach for Ole Miss but I don't think he will ever be a great coach.

This. Kiffin wouldn't be able to do the fire extinguisher, basketball goal on the sideline, the constant trolling on twitter, etc at most programs. That kind of stuff is what makes him who he is. A program like Alabama, or the like, would never be cool with him being who he is.
