Better than a no hit wonder (unless you count recruiting championships)

So you are referring to troy? Os worst game for sure. I think the comeback was impressive though. I thought he was done at that point

This year was the first year he didn’t have Miles’ coordinators

Joe Brady brought in a new offensive design and that's supposedly what Peetz is bringing in. Of course he said that the defense was better last year than at any time in '19 too.

and mostly Miles’ players.

Three top 5 classes in a row. This team is way more talented than what Miles left.

The nuance of os performance vs miles makes it hard to understand if you dont follow the team closely

Now that I think about it, it's hilarious a Georgia fan would mention anything about a coach leaching off of the previous coach's success. The closest Kirby ever got to a championship (and probably ever will get) was his roster full of Richt's recruits.

We dont make the switch on offense with a guy like miles who wouldnt sacrifice a mediocre season to keep trying to hit the jackpot . Like firing canada when it wasnt bad but not great .then canning the first offense ensminger ran and designed that won 10 games. He didn't go safe,he swung for the fences and changed again and won natty.

Bo doesnt work ,poof hes gone. Ensminger linehan losing the brady creativity bit staying a good offense, poof it's gone.

This is what got us 2019

Strike two. And OOC doesn't stand for OC. Out of conference games on the schedule come to 4 games a year in the SEC. Les Miles never lost an OOC game on the schedule in his 12 years until he lost the heartbreaker in Green Bay his last year. Think about that head coach when you are busying yourself forgetting what a pain in the azz that guy was in the SEC and to BAMA.

Correct

Kirby, and every other UGA coach in the last 40 years, have been exactly 0 hit wonders

I know what ooc means. .are you referring to the troy game? Wisconsin beat miles but they were obviously better then troy.

What other ooc game did o lose?

Why do fans from other conferences say one hit wonder for LSU after playing in 4 national championships and winning 3?
With three different coaches.

People saying that are in the "what have you done for me lately category" and see that LSU has just the one CFP playoff appearance and the one SEC championship during the playoff era and 2019 was really the only year they were even in the playoff conversation.

But anyone saying LSU is a one hit wonder based on the CFP era pretty much would have to say the same about every team not named Alabama and Clemson (and maybe to a lesser extent OSU and OU just based on conference dominance and playoff appearances).

Notre Dame in the bowl game. But, Miles lost to Penn State in a bowl game too.

Well, to be fair, a lot of LSU fans have said things like:

Saban won't be at Alabama for more than 2-3 years
The dynasty is over (a few different times now)
Everyone cheats but us!

So maybe stones and glasshouses and all that?
