I don't see how this has anything to do with Ole Miss. I just think Maziel would have fit better at Texas, and apparently he thought so too. It's a shame Mack Brown is an idiot, everyone could have been happy.

Yeah, you think... and you're an Ole Miss Black Bear. I think Johnny is the perfect Aggie. Every single action he has ever made is the embodiment of everything Texas A&M University values. Manziel wouldn't have fit at tu, his ceiling is too high. It would have been like LeBron at Cleveland. Sure to a random fan, it makes sense to go to the team he grew up closer to... but at the end of the day, the greatest player on the planet wants the best players around him, and the best management imaginable, and wants to take down the titans of the sports to secure his legacy.

Greatest offensive lines ever?
Best wide receiving corps in the SEC year in and year out?
Undefeated against Nick Saban?
Kevin Sumlin as the head coach?
First freshman Heisman?
First 3 time Heisman winner?
Back to back SEC Championships?
Back to back BCS Championships?

Johnny Football's 3 years at Texas A&M will be the greatest a college football player will ever achieve. Greatness defines Johnny Manziel and Kevin Sumlin. Playing for a team that gets steam rolled by Stoops, and a power running offense would not have made him happy. Only the Aggie Spirit can do that.

he would of been better utilized at UT for sure IMO, see: vince young.

what the hell JFF saw in aTm is beyond me, when there was a school in the same state that showed they knew what to do with a QB with his same skill set, again see: vince young. hell being a walk on with the tsips would of put him in a better position than where he's at

Vince couldn't win the Heisman, and didn't win a national championship til he was a junior. Why would Manziel want to limit himself like that?

the tsips have produced as many heisman winners as aTm, UT is a better school with better tradition, JFF was better than vince, JFF would of won it with the tsips.

So you are saying beating Arky 58-10 and setting an SEC total yardage record in the process didn't help put him in a good position?

JFF is better than Vince and won a Heisman with two losses. You go undefeated as a QB at tu, you don't get the trophy. Sometimes you have foresight to join a program with better conference affiliation, better coaching, and with better competition to showcase your talent. A&M is simply better than Mack Brown Football, and a Mike Sherman lead team dominated tu in Austin and the teasips went 5-7 on the season, Johnny signed with A&M less than a month later. Sometimes there are just matches made in heaven. Good players like to play for winning programs. The Johnny Footballs of the world belong at Texas A&M.

Took him til he was a junior? Johnny will win two by then. You realize that two undefeated QBs at tu in the last decade didn't win the Heisman. They can't do in two undefeated seasons what Texas A&M can with one two loss season. #droppingknowledge

proving JFF was more talented than the QB's that led those teams

which leads back to the title of this thread. his talents would of been a better fit to lead UT to another natty, that A&M can't provide

Huh? A&M's potential wasn't reached this season. Those two Heisman failures at QB both maxed out. Johnny Football is better than them, and he hasn't peaked because at a program like Texas A&M, your pinnacle is the greatest college football player of all time.

This statement alone:

tells you that he is either trolling the frick out of you or he is really that ignorant. Just stop.
