I don't understand the point of hating on someone like this. Clearly he has a lot of demons that he's battling. He was definitely a hell of a college player either way.
People like Manziel bring out the worst in people and it's on full display here. You would think he fought for al-Qaeda.
Then again, we're in the middle of sensitive times. Harry Rextum is struggling with the results of worst poster tournament. So all his moral-less, trashy behavior is surfacing.
I have to assume the others here are still mad about some losses. Either way, it's truly sick. I've lost two best friends to suicide. I've known many more. Sometimes the "click" of a misfire can make a person rethink things, especially when you honestly feel your life was truly ending.

FIFY. Manziel gets credit for his Houdini work. Evans gets credit for winning against the double coverage he threw into.

Coping skills eh? Not bad for an old, white trash man

This was Manziel at his finest. Dude made chaos look scripted.

Right
Yeah I’m not believing this. A misfire is pretty rare on the first round. You can get them after the first round because of feeding issues.
"Manziel said he had purchased a gun "months earlier" with the plan to use it to carry out death by suicide, but when he pulled the trigger the weapon malfunctioned."
No mention of an ammo purchase.

Perhaps a little crass, but you’re not wrong

I’ve seen this up close and personal, lived with a friend who was suicidal and possibly manic depressive. Some days he was pretty damn normal, but there were a few nights where he freaked out because I wouldn’t tell him where the guns were because he kept talking about how he was going to kill himself.

I can confirm. I dated and was married to a girl from Georgia for 8 years. It was both our second marriages. I had never been around someone with this disorder (that I know of). She was on SSI disability for it and told me early on.
I was ignorant and uneducated about it so I said “We can work through it, babe.” But you can’t. It’s virtually impossible to live a normal life with these folks, even if they see their doc regularly and take their meds. She was violent, addictive, destructive, abusive, left many times only to come back two weeks later begging forgiveness and promising to change. They can be a lot of fun. Sex life was insane. She had almost no boundaries. But when they grab the steering wheel from the passenger seat and jerk you into the other lane on the interstate at 75 mph in a drunken rage - and that’s just the tip of the iceberg - it’s time cut the cord, which I did.
If JM really has this it explains a lot.
