This. That .gif is the weirdest thing I've ever seen at a college football game.

Our run D isn't the problem. It is our secondary. Which is why LATech was such a bad matchup for us.

I can agree with this. But you still gave up 165 rushing yards to La Tech which IS a problem if you ask me. But I will say this, you guys and La Tech were both wanting a shootout. That will not happen next weekend

People don't like change; they sense it is coming; thus, they don't like us.

In 10 years when A&M has bled LSU dry of its Texas recruits, we can look at these threads with a better sense of perspective.

Texas will bleed us dry of our Texas recruits before aTm does.

Say breh, whats the deal with these dumb ag fans taking the favorite team on the profile literally?

They all do it. Every time. Like they all think the same way or somethinn...

I seem to have struck a nerve with my question and I apologize.

Lolz no. That isn't my shtick here.

But I don't know what was so unintelligent about my question.

Because they have, much like other teams, but it isn't what they are trying to accomplish. It is like asking LSU if they could run the wishbone. With their running backs they probably could, but what does that matter?

quote:

To make things easier, can you guys run the ball and respond to 3 and outs offensively?

Seeing as we have the SEC's leading rusher, and our offense is routinely slow in the first quarter making adjustments to the defense, yes. Dumb question.

quote:

Do you have a legitimate run defense that can handle long drives of pounding the football and quick passes to the flats?

We held Florida to 20 points and had 8 sacks against them, and DeMontre Moore has the second most sacks in the nation, yes. Dumb question.

quote:

And last, do you guys have a weapon on special teams that can put our backs against the walls and force us to drive the length of the field?

Since our punter is averaging more yards per punt than Brad Wing, yes. Dumb question.

People have to actually care about A&M to sense anything is coming

Didn't read the whole thread but from what I can gather A&M fans are really gay.

Mobile phone, and new, so they don't identify a name with a specific team. When this place was primarily LSU fans, switching profile team was more a regional/locale sort of thing.

Honest mistake for my fellow ags, imo.

I hope Ed Paris and Tony Brown don't regret passing up on getting in on the ground floor of this Aggie revolution.

Folks, we have a alliance emerging between Baylor and Kentucky.

Who would have thought?

If I'm an aggie, I'm concerned that the entire Ag offense is based on an offensive freak-talent at QB. Nothing else is special about you, even with one of the best OLines in country and highly-recruited RBs . Manziel is special; I'll grant that. So was Cam Newton. But there just aren't that many talents out there that are this special, and when JFF is injured, or wins the Heisman, or graduates, or whatever, I really don't see anything about your offense that is scary. I certainly don't see Sumlin as a Petrino-type genius. Do you?

At this point your O is predicated on a very quick QB running for his life vs. defenses that haven't figured out how to deal with him.

And let's face it, your recruiting hasn't been THAT bad over the Sherman years; and ask Auburn how the ol' offense-based-on-a-freak-poor-defense-can't-win-once-the-freak-leaves works in the SEC.

Enjoy your year this year and your special player. We'll see how sustainable your model is in the SEC.
