If anything, that is on the Bengals (and maybe Burrow not audibling?) not adjusting but utilizing hot routes, or getting out of empty sets.
The Titans probably have the best pass rush in the NFL, and definitely the best 4 man rush. Its not like it was outside pressure he could run away from. It was Simmons and the other DT having their way up the middle.
Hell of a game.
