Bama can't lose!
Also, you need to read the rant. Stupid call = Ensminger (Emzinger according to Danielson).
Great call = Brady.
Simple.

We all know that was Ensminger calling plays yesterday and not Brady. Play calling was shite.

He's just setting up gumps.

I didn't think Brady had his best game !

Most notably the play call on 4th and goal from the 1. He lines up all the receivers on one side of the field with no rb. The wr in motion didn’t even come close enough to the qb for it to appear to the defense that he was being handed the ball. At that point the only place the ball could go is a swing pass out to the left. Horrible play call. Chinks in the armor. Decisions like that will come back to bite you.
it's called a slip screen. Saints run it all the time. That's the third time we've used it, scored the two other times we used it. You don't know much about football.
What I didn't like about the call is that it was to Jamar Chase and not Terrace Marshall (whom the play is meant for) - but you obviously wouldn't know this. Auburn blew that up because they picked it up from film study.

Was the RB

What does it matter? Bamas defense isn’t good enough to have kept LSU from running it up the middle for the TD which we tried 3 times previously against the Auburn D.

So you’re not expecting to make the playoffs? Probably best to temper expectations. Smart move

The play is fine. We have ran similar WR screens for TDs auburn just did a good job being all over it and beating some blocks.
I questio The 3 plays prior more
But it’s really easy to do that all in hindsight
I may Run it 3 times from the 1 too. It’s just too tempting.

That specific play the "reciever" in motion was the RB. Not sure why they brought the rb in motion because Auburn only had 3 defenders covering 4. If they just swing to the RB, he likely scores with 3 WRs blocking 3 DBs. At best, you have 1 DB trying to tackle a RB one on one.

Your 20/20 hindsight vision is great. Many teams call the same plays that work or don't work. With the main reason for success or failure being execution of the plays. One day when you learn this fact, your knowledge about football will increase. Give Auburn credit for playing great defense.

Why do people keep believing this? Alabama's defense is better in both scoring defense and total defense.

Joe Brady has easily been the best OC in CFB this season. Every coach makes ''questionable calls''.

Here's what the lsu fanbase doesn't want to talk about. That shitty playcalling has whiteboots' meddling fingerprints all over it and they know it. They're also terrified that ogeron will inject his own unique "expertise" in the Alabama game. There's lots of reasons lsu loses this game. Whiteboots is one of them.
