I have not figure out why Fisher is thought of so highly.
Outside of the 2 years with Jameis Winston, he has an average of over 3 games per year despite playing in a much weaker conference top to bottom than the SEC despite having far superior talent than every team they face.

I dont think any TX school has the humility to do discussions in secret. Our coaching search in 2011, the TX searches last yr or 3 yrs ago, none were exactly discrete

Don’t see how it’s a new circumstance. He would of inherited a talented LSU team and what will he get at tamu? And leave his school where he recruits extremely well and competes for championships ALMOST every year? Cmon man you can’t be that naive

FSU is 3-5 this year, lots of tension, and 35-3 loss to BC. Last year they were 10-3 coming off an OB victory.

Probably just a smokescreen to attempt to divert focus from our BMD who have a total hard on for Chad Morris. (It's a poorly kept secret)

Years ago one of my personalities was an A&M fan, he hated himself so we unfortunately lost him to his own devices.

Yeah he was a shoe-in for the LSU job a while ago. He likes this kind of nonsense spreading around to distract from other things.

I think jimbo stays at fsu. If he was going to leave, it would have been last year to come coach at lsu. He has it made at fsu, his contract is ridiculous too, that's another reason for him to stay put. He will always be lil brother to texas if he was at a&m and he knows that. Florida state is his best opportunity to win Titoes too. He doesn't want to come and compete with the alabamas, lsus, auburns, georgias, and so on in the sec. It wouldn't scare me anyway if he was at a&m regardless. It's texas a&m for God's sake, they just don't have it.I'm glad LSU didn't end up with fisher now tbh, him or herman. I'm fine with coach o. Jimbo. Won a natty, sure, but then again, so did gene chizik. They both only won a title because of the freaks they had at qb and that's all. Cam newton and jameis Winston were the only reason either of them have won a title, period. I believe LSU dodged a bullet with herman and jimbo not coming to LSU. Herman would have been a horrible fit here, and I don't see him being successful. Jimbo would have been underwhelming here as well. I'll take coach o. That's just my opinion.

Jimbo to A&M would be a home run. Just don't see it happening unless broke arse Free Shoes is done. Especially with his boy having that chronic disease. He ain't leaving unless forced out.
