Showed the world that getting the number 1 recruiting class doesn't automatically equal a winning season. Saban once again shows why he is the GOAT

I have never understood the concept that having a #1
recruiting class ever translates into wins in their fresh
man year.Usually the more freshman you play the more losses
you will have. A@M will be much better in 23 and 24 than
they are now.Jimbos problem this year is that he doesnt have
a quality QB.

He’s does have a fantastic QB, it’s just that he doesn’t believe in starting true freshman QBs.
It took the first and second string QBs getting hurt for Conner to start. And then he goes off on Ole Piss for 338 and 4 TDS.
That is just confirmation of Jimbo’s brilliance.

LOL, ok you might want to hold those horses boss. If he was so brilliant why in his 5th year he is having to rely on a True Freshmans QB when he is supposed to be a QB whisperer?
Granite, it was smart not to throw Conner in until he had too but don't act like Jimbo is brilliant. He is in this position because of his own recruiting and roster management failures, nobody else.

You left out the fact that he had top 10 classes over the 3 year preceding the #1 class.
