I dont think he is a pos, per say, but he is undoubtedly a tool, who apparently has an anger problem.

This! Evidently, and I say that due to the...evidence, he's out of control. His parents called in for a meeting due to it. Instead of growing up, he pulls the stunt while visiting a kid just to prove he could do it.
