That's Brandon Ivory. He's going to make an impact too, after a redshirt season.

Nope. Not gonna bash the kid on here though. He's not playing next year though.

Obviously, you do. This is the second time you posted in this thread. The first time was some irrelevant stuff about an Auburn recruit. I still haven't figured that one out.

I think maybe you were trying to insinuate that Auburn's staff was going to steal him since they are recruiting another kid in Arizona and you don't realize that this guy has already signed and is in Tuscaloosa? All I can do is guess though, because you don't make any sense.

You don't have to. If Ivory is playing we are in hurting.

Edited to not create confusion.

I will ban myself, perma ban, if he isn't the starter by week 5. You as well? Lemme know...

I would so beat this dude's arse. He wouldn't last a second fighting me... even if I was blindfolded and had both hands tied behind my back.

Short of him being kicked off the team, he's got a shot. You're not predicting who's gonna play eight months from now are you?

You realize I'm talking about Brandon Ivory not Jesse Williams.

From what I've been told there is a chance that Williams is going to be one and done. Seriously.

By all accounts he is.

Ivory is simply a "project" imo. JW is ready to go. imo tifwiw.

Yes I am. Like I said, I'm not going to bash the kid on here, but if he is playing we are hurting big time. And again, by him I mean B.I.

No flaming. Generally curiosity.

What's the deal with this guy? His offer list was pretty terrible. I've never heard of him before (don't follow bama recruiting all that much).

Known project? Could turn into something great? Reach?

It is great to see us recruiting at the national level again as I have high hopes for Williams. As for recruiting the islands, that will take quite a bit of time and developing a strong relationship with the tribal elders/area families. The West Coast schools have very long standing relationships there so it would be a long road to establish a foothold in that region for recruiting.

However, it would be very nice to see a mix of Samoan athletes mixed with the big 'ole Southern boys rather than they default to the West Coast schools.

Well we know this is probably true since it would be a violation.

They went their yesterday (January 8th)

How is that a violation? Dead period ended January 3rd. And Quiet period didn't start till today.

Ummm...

Why are you responding to me? I never said that either wouldn't be playing. Jesse Williams will start against Kent State. Brandon Ivory will log some PT at some point.
