I know this won't be popular with everyone in this thread and their fake internet rage. If Jeremy Hill forced this girl to perform felatio on him than there is no excuse for that and I hope he goes to jail. IF, he received a blow job from a fellow high school student consensually than I think he should be given a second chance. I have a hard time saying that had the act happened 3 months earlier when he was 17 that this wouldn't be an issue. High School kids hook up with each other. I don't know what else to tell you. If he does in fact enroll at Alabama, then the TR and BC issues may be part of the reason.. Normally, you do not take this guy..

Pressuring can happen without him physically touching her. Technically, I pressured my high school gf to have sex with me by begging for it and giving her the guilt trip. When she finally gave in, she was pressured to have sex with me, she wasn't forced to. Two totally different things IMO
I dunno about you guys, but when I was in high school, any other girl that was in high school was fair game. IF he didnt force her, he simply had a sexual encounter with a peer, dude doesn't deserve to be on the sex offender list because of this, IMO.
