Jelan Kendrick suspended for SEC tournament

Most Ole Miss fans already knew this but Jelan Kendrick has been suspended for the SEC tournament for conduct detrimental to the team.
Kid is a head case and something happened before the Alabama game that caused him to go MIA during pre game and then sit the bench the whole game. Thats all anyone really knows.
He would not be the difference between a win or a loss so no excuses here.

Damn he showed signs of above average play at times too. This must be strike 2. I guess AK will have a sit down and reevaluate the situation after this week. But I think Summers is better on the ball anyway.

I would say hooray our chances of getting out of the first round just went up but with the way Kendrick played against us in the first two games... our chances might have just decreased.

Yeah, this doesn't really affect our chances one way or the other. We need Henry, Buckner or Holloway to get suspended. THEN we'd be on to something.
I just think it's gonna be the game in Oxford all over again. We'll hang in there for the duration of the game only to have Ole Miss' size wear us down at the end. Kouassi coming on strong here late in the year gives me a little hope, but we just don't have enough big bodies to match up with Ole Miss' front line.
But I'm looking forward to watching what will hopefully be a good game.

I feel for Kendrick. He isn't a thug.......I won't put it on a open board what is wrong but he's certainly not a thug.

He was actually a pretty nice guy. He came off as a little weird to me. His big arse brother that bounces at the library hooked me up with drinks all night, so I guess he thought that was a trade for my phone charger.

That's probably better wording for his personality. He seemed kinda quirky while always bragging on himself. These brags usually lead to several lies.
