I just saw one picture with reports from Chicken and Rummy in that thread saying something to the effect that 2 of the people could have had much more extensive wounds.

I have also read in the thread that there isn't a question about whether or not JJ was the one who kicked the guy.

To Nbamagasm... players were originally supposed to come to the brpd for questioning on Monday. They have since hired the lawyer who represented RP. He is the one who said the meeting was postponed indefinitely. It has since been rescheduled for Tuesday.

The latest reports I've seen have stated that one of the people is expected to face 2nd degree battery charges. It leads people to believe that is JJ, but no one knows for sure.

i love how the lawyer is "the guy who represented RP" when in reality he handles pretty much all LSU players legal problems.

Nathan Fisher has since said no date for the player's interview is set and he wasn't sure when it would happen, but was hopeful that it would be this week. That was the last update Rosseta gave us.

Of course people are now running with the story about Davenport being the one that ripped the driver from the car. It matters not, who did it, it's done and now the guilty will face the consequences.

I think it's the end of the skipping curfew in the final day of fall camp tradition that has been there for so long.

The reason some where saying the Marine was injured the most is from the accounts of his friends posting on the rant saying he looked like he went through a car windshield.

There may be worse injuries, but every report from the hospitals were that all injuries were minor including the "reported" not " confirmed" kick to the head.

So until we hear back from Tuesday or whenever, it's all speculation and a he said he said story.

I didn't mean that negatively. I should have added that. I think he did a great job with RP, and didn't mean that negatively.

Clearly he knows what he is doing and will give them amazing representation.

Fisher said he didn't know of a meeting after the BRPD confirmed it had been rescheduled. He is the one saying indefinitely. I suppose they are his clients, so he has the power.

Where is the report saying all injuries were minor?

I originally saw it in a link from the first JJ thread.

That was the report from the hospital.

All admitted themselves and they said the next day it was nothing but minor injuries. That's when the poster Bzoner told everyone that one had three cracked vertebra. I'm guessing that was the head kick victim.

Only problem is we haven't had another report of the injuries since Friday afternoon. Unless you count all the head kick reports, but those too have yet to be confirmed. If there were other reports I missed them.

I did read today that the police get a kick out of what is said on TD and were laughing when they were reporting about arrests without having heard both sides. That is from Ponamsky or Rosetta. I forget which.

Without knowing the full story, I'm reluctant to say either way. I will say this though..in Bama, the harassment statutes are very broad and speak to "vulgar" language and stuff. So, I could see an instance where leaving a vehicle could lead to something. These types of situations are never cut and dry though. Youth, booze, and late nights are what keeps a lot of attorneys light bills paid..

Is it too late to chime in that you are a douche and embarrassment to LSU? Your postings on this are shameful.

from what I've heard...some football players were on their way home from the ice cream social at Baptist Campus Ministries when they stopped to help a homeless man who had fallen down. A known Al-Qaeda operative was trying to get out of the parking lot and didn't want to wait until the homeless man was attended to...he started moving his truck forward so JJ and Josh Johns threw him out of the truck, hit the brakes and stopped it inches away from running over the man and several players. A marine, nearby, rushed to help, but the door of the truck hit him in the face as he approached. He fell down right under the scuffle and JJ accidentally stepped on his head while putting out burning American flag left by driver of the pickup.

Update in bold as more details are being released by BRPD

If we had someone other than JJ at QB last year, we probably win it all.

Lee had as many passes last year against AU as JJ did. And a lower ypc and ypa to show for it.

Oh, and AU also made it so that Lee was barely able to walk off the field, much less walk back on it to play more.

If someone other than JJ had played QB last year for ya'll, you MIGHT have lost one less game. But you would have lost to AU regardless.

Disagree and thanks for being an a-hole in light of an injured player. If we had Andrew luck back there , what happens?
