NCAA rules state that a foreign substance ejection for a pitcher carries a four-game suspension, which would take him out of next weekend's series against Mississippi State as well as the midweek game against UT Martin.
Does this seem appropriate, or should it be longer? I think a player should be suspended for at least a calendar year from the date of the infraction, if player gets caught intentionally cheating.
