Deboer and Nunez were never at the same place at the same time. Weirdly though. Nunez came to Southern Illinois right after Deboer left there. And Nunez came to Eastern Michigan right after Deboer left there. So Nunez and Deboer probably know a lot of the same people. I would assume that is their connection.
