I figured it wasn't necessarily a football program rule, because he wasn't enrolled... and franklin made it sound like it wasn't in his hands as far as him being able to return to the team... JF didn't seem too optimistic that he'd be able to rejoin the team, unfortunately.

Its not in his hands. The Student Council are the ones who vote on his fate. All reports are that they are brutal and that if they do give him the minimum it would be a suprise. If it was up to CJF he would still be on the team i know that.

Devillion doesn't like me, I think he called me elitist. I''m a 40 plus year Vandy fan and alum. I'm glad that Devillion can inspire a 4 page thread on Vandy. The past 2 years have been new territory for us. Franklin has done what I didn't think possible, change the mindset of Vandy football. Yes, I think we are capable of pulling off an upset of one of the SEC big boys and at the same time we can get our arse handed to us by a fired up GA team. They were as fired up for us as Alabama it seemed. The past 2 years have been a delightful pay back for 40 years of frustration and hell. The Ole Miss Bears will be plenty fired up for us, and it should be a good game. As to the USCe poster, who the hell can block Clowney with one man?

They take the Honor Code seriously. Unless it was particularly egregious, typically he will sit out a semester and be given a second chance - but you never know.
