Cops can arrest anybody if they deem A probable cause. they just can't detain you without proof but the fact he was arrested had nothing even to do with the events that transpired it was solely because he missed his appointment with the cops to explain his side so again you make yourself look stupid

um, no. that's not how it works. it is unconstitutional to use his refusal to speak with the investigator against him. please tell me you don't actually believe that. they arrested him because they had probable cause to arrest him, and that has nothing to do with his refusal to speak.
