I'm pretty sure Metchie and Williams aren't eligible for the Pro Bowl because they're both still in college. Williams, however, was an AP 1st Team All-American this season.

Here is the key to me. It's a mindset, work ethic and they trust and believe in their coach and his system.
He has built a winning culture at Alabama, and that is hard to beat.
Even after he decides to leave I expect Alabama to win for another 2-3 years until those deteriorate.....assuming it does at all. That will depend on who is brought in. But whoever it is, it won't be Nick Saban so there will have to be some kind of drop off. Just my opinion.

Congrats. Everyone knows Alabama does more with less. Winning the NC every other year with scrubs is tough but very rewarding.
