Franks is a poor man’s Jacob Eason. He wouldn’t have been drafted even if he’d stayed at UF.

Florida fans talking shite about a qb that whipped their arse every time he had a chance to is hilarious....

Reality has still not set in that they have their Ray Goff running the Gators as we speak.

They will turn on him this season.

Literally makes zero sense. Just stating what 90% of people think. He’s just not an nfl qb. I’ve seen high school qbs with a better arm. He’s greg McElroy but a little worse

You seem a little biased in your analysis there.

Fromm gets credit for being consistently clutch on 3rd downs in 2019, but beating a McElwain team that didn't bowl in 2017 and Mullen's first team in 2018 weren't monumental accomplishments

What a braindead, low-effort comparison

Mullen does have to get over the UGA hump, but he's a competent coach who runs a competent program, and I highly doubt he'll ever have a season worse than 8-4 here

I will bet he does have an 8-4 season. Even your second best coach in school history couldn’t evade that.

The sooner you realize that UF is an average program without Spurrier and Meyer, the better.

I said he would never be worse than 8-4. He might have that kind of season in a rebuilding year in the future if UT or FSU get it together

But for the next few seasons with LSU and UGA being the only real threats on our schedule, pretending like he'll meet the same fate as Ray Goff is incredibly dumb

If UF doesn’t win this year it could be several more years before you guys have a great shot again. 4 in a row starts to put a lot of pressure on a team mentally.

Neither Kirby nor Mullen is going anywhere in the near future. It'll be interesting to see how the next decade plays out, and anyone who pretends like they know who will win the series over that time period is lying

You also said Kyle Trask will be a first round pick.

Maybe. You guys seem confident in Newman for this season. But who's your starting QB in 2021?

I was not sober

I do think Day 2 is realistic for him

That's fine. If he balls out, I think it's possible. I do think he'll be drafted above Newman and Mond

If it turns out to be true, I'll look like a genius

Fromm left early did he not? Any way he was "forced" out by Kirby?

I wouldn’t say I’m confident right now. Missing all spring and summer hurts UGA’s offense more than anyone in the East.

As far as 21, who knows. We’ll both be breaking in new qbs according to you. But losing 4 years in a row starts to put doubt in your mind.

He wasn’t forced out. Probably saw the O wasn’t getting better, breaking in a new OC, or tired of Coley.
