If his intro at A&M is REALLY who he is then I must admit that I was completely wrong about him. He comes off way more intelligent than I thought he was. He seems like a perfect fit to take them to the next level.

That is quite an impact from one little presser.

8-4 is not good enough at A&M
Fisher will fit right in.

Dude is legit.

The whole "burned out coach just wanting a payday" lie appears transparently stupid after watch 2 minutes of his press conference.

YUP! I can sure understand wanting a fresh start, especially after a nasty divorce.

Ya'll have literally said this about your last 4 coaching hires. Are you ever going to learn?

They never will.

Aggy will crow and rave and gloat about their latest coaching "coup" and then they will watch it fall apart.

Did the same with Chavis. Gloated and raved about "stealing" a "genius" DC from a rival and then watched it all fall apart. Dude gave up 1200 yards and 99! points against LSU the last two years.

Jimbo is there for the ridiculous contract they gave him.

Only time will tell. I for one thinks that A&M will just continue to be A&M, even under Jimbo. 4 or 5 years down the road it will be the same old thing.
