Dude can't see, he's blind as a bat in close vision.

I still have hope for him. In college it was like tackling a golf-cart. Hope he gets together. He ran wild on us in the BCS game, but I always admired his play.

It was the deer antler spray.

I think the dude was on some kind of ped's. Out of the 40 first rounders Saban has produced there are a handful that have had decent careers after they get out of bama.

Richardson situation baffles me. I surly thought he would be a sure non miss in the league.

A bust like every other Bama RB lately.

I'd bet that was a nice tree, very full and coniferous.

he was an odd duck. Joker had arms about the size of an oak tree. Okay seeming fellow but had that look that if you said something smart or crossed him he'd knock you into next week.

What in the world happened to Trent Richardson
He got drafted by the Browns. That's basically Dim Mak for a professional football player.

I thought there was a strong belief he used steroids at Alabama. He missed an NFL combine to have his knee "scoped" which is nothing and appears more to dodge drug testing. This was during McElwain era. Just google "Trent Richardson steroids" and several links come up.
Bingo. The less-talked-about benefits to steroids are better vision, quicker reaction time, more fast twitch, etc. That's why homerun numbers increase so much for hitters. Steroids don't just give them more power, they help them see the ball better and react more quickly. I thought he was truly elite in college, but afterwards he seemed to be carrying a boulder on his back and couldn't react to save his life.
eta: and before anyone starts whining, I think Jamarcus was juicing in college too.

he seemingly has all the tools in the world. Vision, speed, power, finesse
the bolded was overrated and actually a weakness no one saw at alabama

They actually call holding on the OL in the NFL.

I would agree with the steroid thing. It is a bitch when you have to get off of them and now have to just rely on your natural talent. It's like taking the air out your tires on your car. It just won't run and drive the same.

He's not the first player to self-destruct when he no longer has college coaches holding his hand and he certainly won't be the last.

Richardson just got to be too bulky. He was already ripped before coming to Bama. He just lost range of motion, agility, and top end speed.

40 first rounders? In 7 drafts? Idiot.
