Meltdown? How many Arkansas fans really expected Allen and Frazier to go the same school? Very few.
Petrino had the two QB's at the top of his board, and once Allen committed, Brey Cook went to the top.

By and large, the attitude on the Arkansas message boards was 'meh'. Sure there were some that wanted to take him too, and some that didn't want him to go to Auburn.
We are a pro-style offense, we got the #5 pro-style QB in the nation. We are happy. You are not a pro-style offense, and got the #5 dual-threat QB, which is probably better for your offense. So, you are happy. Everybody is happy.

I seem to remember Arky fans being pissed when Frazier committed to Auburn. Scout has Frazier listed as the #4 QB and Brandon Allen as the #32 QB. Yes, Rivals had them listed as the #5 Dual-Threat and Pro-Style QBs, but Frazier was #89 nationally and Allen was #180. I'm pretty sure that was the worst ranking Frazier had from any of the services and the best that Allen had. I'm also pretty sure your coaching staff really wanted Frazier, and would have taken Allen also, but had to settle for just Allen.
