You act like UGA didn’t have players out. Our QB went down game 1. Sony didn’t finish the SECCG. Trent Thompson missed 3 games. Natrez Patrick missed 4. Malkom Parrish didn’t play in the SECCG. Every team has injuries. Build better depth. Auburn not having good enough reserve backs is their own fault, not UGA’s.

Looking at the thrashing we put on them in cruitin it could be our fault soon.

Um, I'm pretty sure your qb was back healthy by the seccg

I'm pretty sure bama had been putting a thrashing on everybody in recruiting and look how that turned out against AU this year. Don't count your chickens, oh wait your georgia so that will prob never change

He was, but he had lost his job because UGA has talented depth.

Auburn has beat UGA THREE times since 2006. Auburn has not won in Athens since 2005. Don’t you think Auburn should slow down counting their chickens since you get to play UGA in Athens and Bama is Tuscaloosa...oh wait it’s Auburn after once dencent season again.

Up until 2004 they were tied with Georgia Tech in SEC titles. Think about that. Georgia Tech hasn't been in the SEC since about 1964, and they were tied with Auburn in SEC titles till 2004.

the 1st game Auburn had 13 possessions...8 ended in points...1 ended in a 45 yard drive leading to taking a knee in the Red Zone.
After those 3 fg drives, How do you explain those 4 straight forced punts with a healthy Kerry? That's real deal data and zero emotion involved.
Be thankful for those 2 uga punt team mistakes during those 4 punts. That led to your first 2 td drives. Game got out of hand at this point

You appear to have created a fantasy in your version of what happened. Auburn never punted 4 series in a row.
In fact uga never forced the broken version of Auburn’s O to punt 4 straight possessions in the 2nd game.

Who knew that Kerryon only being 95% healthy would cause Auburn's defense to play so much worse? I Learn something new every day.

I am for dropping the "Rent A Wins", play everyone in your division only, Playoff for SEC and then expand the National Playoffs.
This reduces the number of regular season games and allows for National Playoff expansion.

Don't be disingenuous. Your QB going down in the 1st game made this season possible.
Every team experiences injuries, some are more key than others...We could afford to lose DT's or OL's this year because the back ups were similar. We couldn't afford to lose our RB or MLB. Things happen.
No matter a teams depth nobody can afford to lose their 1st/2nd round talent cover corner...there just isn't many of them out there to get.

Poor, Poor, Pitiful Auburn.

Auburn punted on drives 4,5,6, and 7. We gave y'all the ball back on drive 5 and 7, thus extending those drives and allowing y'all to turn a punt into a td.

Come on now...surely you know enough to know a penalty wipes away a play.

Davis was getting torched by Hardman the whole first half regardless.

UGA vs top 5 teams this year: 1-1, outscored in those two games 45-47.
AU vs top 5 teams this year: 2-2, 80-75 total points.
Again, UGA fans can make all the excuses they want, but the only reason they are in the playoffs instead of a superior AU team is an extraordinarily weak schedule compared to AUs schedule.
Ironically, if Stidham hasn't fumbled when we were about to go up 14-0, UGA probably would have quit and gotten blown out again in the SECCG.
Anyway, UGA fans need to quit comparing themselves to Auburn, it's a losing battle for UGA fans. Just be happy n hope for your first championship in your life (for many). Daddy will be back in Athens next year and you can spend all season comparing yourself to us again.

To be fair, we never got a home game to complete this comparison. Auburn is like 14 points better at home than they are on the road, for whatever reason. They’ve been that way for Malzahn’s entire tenure, it seems like.

Please tell Daddy to take it easy on UGA at home like he has since 2000. Auburn has won TWICE in Athens in 17 years. All hail the mighty, superior Auburn Tigers. Yaaaaaayyyyyyyy

This I agree with and fair point. We do have a very significant HFA.
And yeah to the other poster we have played poorly in Athens for a while now.
