It actually really does suck. Not only does it cheapen the iron bowl, but it takes away the 3rd(4th) sat in October with Tenn.
If LSU had a real rival, u might would realize this. LSU fans in all seriousness don't really have any business throwing in these types of opinions on this subject because u have no personal, emotional basis to compare it to. And that's what makes a rivalry a rivalry, the personal and emotional feelings. Otherwise it's just another game.

No, but give me an example of personal experience to compare a rivalry like the iron bowl to in your life. You will find that u will more than likely be hard pressed to do so.

How is that even remotely relevant to this conversation? I have kids as well and they have nothing to Donetsk football rivalries, they are kids?

Maybe for y'all. It'd kick arse for us going to the East. UA losing the TSIO is of no consequence for Auburn. And to be honest, I'd get a little bit of a kick out of it.

Again,this makes no sense. We don't have one main rival. But to insinuate that when we have a big win its cheapened since we don't have a main rival is just silly.
If the Iron Bowl is the biggest thing in your life,fine. Go for it. The fact that LSU doesn't have a main rival doesn't mean diddle to me.

You are missing the entire point man. My point is that all u LSU fans making fun of how tragic it will be to have our rivalries fricked over don't really have any room to talk because u don't understand what it's like to have a rivalry like it.
