The SEC obviously already has a presence in Florida and South Carolina. So the SEC may not be interested in Clemson and FSU.
What year are you in? 2012? Why does it matter what state you're in? There's no way either FSU or Clemson are joining the Big Twelve. If Greg Sankey's dumb enough to let those two national brands get away then the Big Ten will gladly take them and they'll permanently take over college football from the SEC.....if they haven't already.

How is that not funny? Who would pass up the chance to laugh at Missouri being the first program ever kicked out? You must be LSU-level-low-IQ if you dont think that would be funny.
If you think that would be funny then it's Missouri that has the low level IQ's.

in the big 12?

FSU would become a powerhouse if they got sec tv money and were able to sell the sec brand to recruits

Notre dame is number 1 on the table and then after that it’s FSU and Clemson. Look at this graph of them 2 compared to the rest of the ACC:

Yes, but Notre Dame has to "want to" join the B1G or SEC. Culturally, they are B1G all the way. That's where they belong. But they may not want to. That's the key.

it's the 17th biggest athletic department by revenue (behind only FSU, and surprisingly, Virginia, in the ACC)

Virginia’s revenue is coming from rich alumni donating and not from ticket sales.

How is the Big12 more stable? The Big Ten poached Nebraska. A&M, Mizzou, Texas, and Oklahoma all left for the SEC.

Because no one else is leaving. The ACC probably can't say the same.
