JJ is a good relief pitcher, but can't handle the stress of being a starter. I expect he'll come in and win a couple of games for AU this year.

AU 31 - MSU 27
LSU 48 - Syracuse 20
UF 27 - UT 25
TAMU 35 - Arky 24
Mizzou will beat UK. Pinkel has a way of winning these types of games. It will be close.

Bama will slaughter the Warhawks, like they did in 2007.

Dak is going to run all over that AU defense. State wins 31-17

Why is that? Was it the way Miss State dominated Southern Miss? I know they have Dak, but they're not exactly world beaters.

AU just needs to put it together. I think they'll do so enough to beat MSU. Don't be shocked if they're 6-1 when OM comes to town. That OM / Vandy game could get interesing, as long as Vandy doesn't turn the ball over 5 times.

I hope JJ is able to come back as qb at some point somewhere. Listening to him talk after the LSU game, the guy was completely broken.

JJ may be fine & just need some more time, like Harris last year after a similar beat down of LSUx by AUburn...

Why is that?
I'm looking strictly at both MSU and AU's performance vs LSU.

How did both opponents handle the LOS against LSU?

Which team got rattled and confussed?

Which defense tried to avoid contact and basically laid down and quit?

You hope so, I hate to see someone stuck in a downward spiral. There is a reason why they say that QBs, like pitchers, need short memories. If you start dwelling on the bad games sooner or later there won't be any good games.

I do not believe that Brandon Allen, for example, ever fully recovered his confidence after a bad loss against Bama in his first start.

I really hope so. Regardless of the team he plays for, I hate to see any young man sound so beaten and look so lost.
