I gotcha, it’s just refreshing to see O keeping the best in state. Getting Roy last year was a big win deff considering Roy was a top priority for Bama. The only way we maintain an elite program is by continuing to do thjs

When’s the last time Alabama actually came in and poached a Louisiana kid? Someone that LSU was after

uhhh, Ishmael Sopsher?

He's currently listed as a co-second teamer with a top 25 overall player from last years class

This is a question for the TigerRant. They have the list of kids that "are never going to be welcome in Louisiana again"

Oh is that your stance now, that LSU wasn't pursuing Sopsher?

Okay then

The question pertained to prospects that LSU really wanted. Sopsher was being recruited. He was an in-state kid with potential. However, he was far from being a "can't miss" guy. It's hilarious that you think he was.

Keeping him wouldn’t have benefited us. He’s a head case

That's easy. One of the best quarterbacks in CFB history was starting ahead of him for two of those 3 years.

Pretty sure our last quarterback rode the bench for 4 years and look how that turned out. Good one

Made my point. Burrow couldn’t play at Ohio State then boom greatest ever. Give Sopsher the same chance.

That had to hit the portal to get playing time.

He’d probably get playing time on LSU’s roster
He would be starting for A&M
