It’s hard to believe people will still argue Ty hasn’t been our best option for three years

I saw him multiple times at scrimmages and practices, and he didn't win the job.

Milroe was the better QB at that time.

I can't explain it, I wish it hadn't been the case, but that's the truth.

Milroe is more dynamic, but he made dumb decisions at crucial times.

Whereas Ty is great and has proven to be clutch when he needs to be.

Gimme Ty.

Sure. Ty learned to read defenses before and after the snap, change the play at the line if scrimmage and get everybody lined up correctly, check down on the receivers, hit the receivers in stride more often than not, handle the rush with much better pocket presence , and do all the quarterback things much better than Milroe ever did them, and he learned it all within a matter of a few months.

More QBs should learn from him we have 2 really good ones behind Joey I hope they stay with our program and not transfer out to get get playing time

This sounds like what UTrans was trying to do with Manning. Same process but a much different result.

I think you are talking about Pat Dye at the lake.

Saban wasn't running anything close to this same offense two or three years ago.

Simpson is a coaches son, so he probably learned basic techniques a decade ago. That doesn't mean he was physically mature enough to execute against SEC defenses, or had the confidence to do so.

I don't understand why there has to be some sort of conspiracy — players have waited their turn and matured, then excelled for years in all levels of football. That doesn't mean they all could've (or should've) started as freshmen.

Staggered 1 is a true freshman the other a red shirt. Both 5 star or was when recruited.

Just hope they stay but it’s hard to keep 2 when other teams are paying good money and playing time.
