Is there something special about Arkansas' yellow grass?

I noticed arky put natural grass in this year. Good for them! I am curious as to why they chose a yellow grass instead of green like most other schools. Is there a benefit to it?

Kept it green? Was it originally green? I haven't seen a home Arkansas game where it was green. I thought it was a special type of yellow grass.

There's a lengthy thread on Hogville about the grass. Those retards on that board are dumb as rocks. Damn near as dumb as here
