No, I wasn’t in the military. I was in the Air Force. Went twice while I was in. Been back about 15 times for extended periods in various countries.

Well I hate to be late, but even the air force is part of the military and wear a version of the Army Combat Helmet (ACH). Although they likely do that while they have their hands in their pockets.

That’s a joke and I’m guessing I was in before any of that.
I was also joking about the Iran thing. I’ve never been deployed. Again, only went while I was in to Riyadh and Bahrain. Later, as a civilian to UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi again, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, and other Arab countries not considered the Middle East plus turkey and Crete.
And yes, dalton seems a bit obsessed.
