In the SEC he's not as good as Chubb and may not be as good as Hurd (considering Hurd played on a less talented team and put up better numbers against quality opponents).

Hell, defenses played in our backfield all year due to our HORRENDOUS oline.

ETA: For reference, Jalen Hurd had more Yards, YPG, YPC against Power 5 teams than Fournette

Now watch the "defenses stacked the box" arguments pour in.

Wasn't like LSU had a clearly superior OL or that teams didn't stack the box against UTk either

Or the dynamic Justin Worley to keep the defense honest

There isn't a better RB in the whole SEC.

Buga?

LSU and state college/starksville are running neck and neck(see what I did there?) for the silliest nicknames for players. who the frigg is BUGA? I asked the same question to state college fans when they referred to one of their players as BOOBIE.

If you don't know Buga, you suspect.

I watched Auburn's absolutely horrific defense just stuff the little Buga. We gave up 6+ YPC in 2014 yet LF couldn't even break 50 yards

I am sure that LF will develop into a solid RB for LSU and get the job done, I don't think he will ever be a top3 RB in the SEC. I'm sure he will be a All SEC performer though because the volume of carries LSU will force on him due to their anemic pass offense.

If UT's oline gets it together, Hurd will put up some monster numbers. It's hard to stop Hurd when he has a head of steam.

Like trying to stop a runaway train, going downhill.

He certainly has the best Heisman pose.
